Kalyntiq is operated by Yntiq at the business address listed below. For questions or requests about your personal information, write to us at that address or reply to an existing email conversation with us.

Information we handle

When you visit this site, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages requested and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. If you submit an enquiry or email us, we receive the name, email address, project details and other information you choose to send.

When you select “Send enquiry” on the form, the name, email, business or project name, project description, budget guidance and timing you entered are sent to Kalyntiq through Cloudflare and Resend. The examples and calculator on this site are illustrative.

Why we use it

We use information you send to answer enquiries, discuss proposals, deliver agreed services and keep related business records. Hosting and security processing helps make the site available and protect it. If you choose “Allow all,” analytics and advertising tools may measure visits and interactions and help us understand or advertise Kalyntiq. You can refuse these optional tools without losing access to this website.

Analytics and advertising

Google Tag Manager (GTM-M6LF2B5Z) is installed but only loads after you allow optional tools. Tags configured through it may include Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Depending on the published tag configuration, these services may receive online identifiers, page visits, interactions, browser and device information, and an approximate location inferred from IP address. Google and Meta may process information outside the Philippines. See the Cookie policy and use Cookie settings to change your choice.

Installing GTM does not by itself mean that every listed analytics or advertising tag has been configured or enabled.

Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. When enabled by your choice, Google and Meta may process analytics or advertising data through the configured tags. Submitted enquiries are sent through Resend to our designated inbox; Resend and the inbox provider process the message for delivery and handling. Other emails you send may be processed by the email services used to receive and answer them. We do not sell the project details you send to us. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to provide an agreed service.

The site uses Resend when you select “Send enquiry” to deliver the details to our designated inbox.

Retention and protection

Unsubmitted form entries remain in the current page. When submitted, the information is processed by the delivery service and retained in our inbox according to the applicable settings and retention practices. The site stores your cookie choice and motion preference locally until you change them or clear browser storage. For messages you send us, we keep information only as long as needed to respond, manage a service relationship or meet applicable record-keeping duties, then delete or anonymize it. Cloudflare and other service providers manage their own operational records under their applicable terms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about, access or correct personal information you have provided, request deletion where applicable, or object to or withdraw consent for optional processing. Use the contact address above for privacy requests. You can also change optional tracking through Cookie settings in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights or be able to raise a concern with your data protection authority, including the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
